If your landing page is tied to an email campaign, make sure that the landing page echoes the look and feel of the email. If the designs of the two are wildly different, your landing page visitors may wonder if they’ve ended up in the right place. The easiest way to do this is to carry over fonts, images, and colors from your email to your landing page.
Even if you spend thousands of dollars to drive qualified traffic to your website, it's unlikely that these visitors will be ready to buy your product or service right away. Hi Willie. You make some very good points, and yes they are not exactly the same as ClickFunnels is capable of doing much more. I just put LeadPages (and Samcart) in there because they are both popular and there is some overlap with ClickFunnels (lead generation & checkout pages). So I just wanted to put them in for comparison purposes for people who might want just those specific capabilities, and not the whole kitchen sink that ClickFunnels provides.

Chris is right, it is not the cost, it is the investment you are willing to make into your business here. Personally, I took the attitude of it being too costly at first, and trust me, I can afford it, I am just frugal. But now, looking at the powerful software and tool that it is, well, I am switching from Thrive to ClickFunnels. Personally speaking, my issue at first was based on my poor attitude of spending money, instead of a better and smarter attitude of investing into my business online…


Measuring how well your sales team is converting leads is imperative to determine the quality of leads and individual sales rep’s performance. With a CRM, you can create reports to know how your leads are converting through different stages by sales reps, and by campaign too. Analyzing which leads are moving down the funnel and converting allows you to plan better conversion strategies.

Bottom line, there’s a few things I’d like to highlight for the pages available. ClickFunnels only lets you access certain pages and funnels based on your account level ($97+ gets you all the access) where LeadPages lets you access everything from $37. Having said that, as seen in the pricing table, split tests are not included in a LeadPages basic plan.
This means that you can recognize a LeadPage (Landing Page) from a mile away and when people (the normal non-internet marketers) start noticing the similarity between all these page designs it’ll be more obvious that people are trying to squeeze a lead out of them. Having said that, I’m confident the crew at LeadPages will be smart enough to adapt and start churning out more high-quality pages more often to give their users more variety.

There’s a better solution: Build out an automated email follow-up campaign that speaks directly to this objection. Any time you encounter this problem, you can send that prospect information that seems designed just for them. A multi-month educational campaign may reduce their content anxiety and nurture them toward a sale. Yes, it’s work up front, but once finished, this campaign will work for you always.
