Thanks Matt, the client attraction stage is the big thing. With relatively low client numbers I’m able nurture and provide relevant & specific information. I look arrange phone or in person meetings. So attracting clients who can identify with a specific or range of personal (to them) challenges which I’m able to demonstrate I can solve is perhaps the primary focus for me at the prospect acquisition point. Only ask for the information they need. The more fields you ask visitors to fill out in your form, the less chance you have of them completing your offer. If your conversion requires a form, get the bare minimum of what you need – you can always ask for more info on the thank you page once the deed is done. While most users don’t have a problem providing their name and email address, asking for info about phone numbers and date of birth can cause your drop off rate to skyrocket to 50%. The rule of thumb is not to include more than seven fields in your lead gen form on your landing page.
Then of course, when you're done you hit save and you exit. And opt-in funnels always have thank you pages, so that when people do opt-in the next page sets expectations, gives instruction, allows them to download the resource that you promised them. So, you can provide buttons, images. Inside the buttons you've always got a opportunity to provide a downloadable URL, which also you can host inside of ClickFunnels via your digital assets menu. And the digital assets menu is, of course, inside your account menu here. So much flexibility, so much power inside of ClickFunnels. It's really outrageous.
Now I know you might think, this is the whole reason the software was created so you can see who’s moving through the funnel. But LeadPages could have definitely implemented a simple system where they could link up funnels in the same way (and probably will in the near future). It makes it super straight forward to see which funnel is working and which parts of your funnel need tweaking.
This is one of my favorite things about LeadPages. For most people, designing a lead magnet landing page on their website is difficult because then you’d have to mess with the coding on your site and could potentially break something. LeadPages makes it mega easy. They have about a zillion different templates you can customize to create landing page opt-in forms, like this one:

Well, friends, you’re dropping the ball. The middle of the funnel is where your customers latch on and get comfortable with you—so don’t let them go! This is where they should understand who you are and why they should invest their time in you.
Capturing leads is the first step to the sales process. Some CRMs have the capability to capture leads who visit your website, submit a form, email your company, etc. So it’s easier for sales reps to start working with leads instead of wasting time on data entry. CRM can also segment leads based on predefined criteria and assign them to the right sales reps.
Let’s be clear—leads won’t automatically move down the funnel. You can setup workflow automations in the CRM to change lead stages. For example, after you’ve contacted a lead, the CRM will automatically update the lead’s stage based on the last activity.
As your sales reps qualify leads and identify opportunities, they’ll create an opportunity, aka deal in the CRM. Sales managers want to know the value of each deal and total deals by stage to prioritize the team’s efforts on high-value deals. In addition to this data being available in the CRM’s visual sales pipeline, you can also create detailed reports to further analyze deals, and add them to a dashboard to actively monitor their progress.
