Thanks Matt, yes that’s right. Regarding leads it’s both really! I certainly want to generate more of the right niche/ quality prospects. In short there are 2 distinctly areas; general enquiries which I have a good process for ( but could be improved) the biggest challenge is taking colder leads through the funnel. The sales process can sometimes be quite long, so whilst a well placed offer can work to get someone over line. It’s not very strong for those who are researching etc, hence I need advice about funnel building for regular front of mind contact plus education and industry authority. Does that make sense? Landing pages, on the other hand, are perfectly suited to content that’s shorter. It also allows for custom code to be inserted pretty much anywhere in a given page, which allows for you to truly customize your landing page, and even provide other checkout options like PayPal for your customers. The final stage is closing the opportunity in your pipeline. Your prospect either turns into a customer or simply leaves the pipeline as a lost opportunity. When a lead enters the CRM, it’s marked “new”. Every lead in this stage is in the top of the funnel. As sales reps interact with leads, they’re subsequently moved to the next stages. Filters and views in the CRM reveals the number of leads at every stage in the sales funnel to help you analyze their progress—how many new leads are in the funnel, how many have engaged with sales reps, how many are in the bottom of the funnel and ready to close, and how many need to be nurtured. This knowledge about your sales funnel becomes an actionable tool allowing you to plan your sales strategies.

There are two options: pro pricing and free signup. Signing up is as simple as possible. You just need to create a username and password. Once you get in and start using their tools, you’ll have to upgrade. The free account limits the number of forms you can use. When you hit that limit, you’re requested to upgrade. Otherwise your account won’t work.
