What I love most about the ClickFunnels software, is the drag and drop functionality. If you don’t want to have to use a web designer for your landing pages, there are options for creating great landing pages without any technical knowledge. Unbounce is one of the easiest to use, and lets you create landing pages without any IT experience. They have best-practices templates available that you can customize (or design your own page entirely from scratch), and flexible pricing (including a free plan for sites with limited traffic). Unbounce also integrates with Google Analytics for tracking your traffic, and Qualaroo for gathering user input.

They want to get you up and running and start using the product as soon as possible. They hope you will help them market themselves by using their products and spreading MailChimp further. Email marketing is often a one-too-many communication platform. The more you use it, the more likely you are to upgrade.

If I was just starting out I would recommend starting with LeadPages so you have pre-made designs which are less customizable so you can get your head around what’s going on. But if you’ve had a bit of experience or are in the more advanced level, then I think getting a mid ranged ClickFunnels plan would be more appropriate. Either way, I don’t think you should cancel one account before the other, until you have had some time to play around and try them both out.
Their homepage has an interesting graphic. It’s the first step of the sales funnel. A branding line similar to Mint.com’s, MailChimp’s slogan Being yourself makes all the difference really has nothing to do with the tool. That might be a good thing. It’s aspirational marketing not unlike Grasshopper above. It’s about identity, freedom, and self-expression — ideas that are bigger than a product.
