Only ask for the information they need. The more fields you ask visitors to fill out in your form, the less chance you have of them completing your offer. If your conversion requires a form, get the bare minimum of what you need – you can always ask for more info on the thank you page once the deed is done. While most users don’t have a problem providing their name and email address, asking for info about phone numbers and date of birth can cause your drop off rate to skyrocket to 50%. The rule of thumb is not to include more than seven fields in your lead gen form on your landing page.
Thank you for this well-researched and very informative review. With the price point being so high, it’s very helpful to have an unbiased opinion of it before making a purchase. Just curious, how long did it take you two break even after your purchase of the program ? It seems like you could make your money back, and more, pretty quickly if you follow it.

Much of this is steeped in buyer psychology. The best marketers in the world know that there is a psychological process that must occur for prospects to whip out those credit cards and turn into buyers or even hyper-active buyers. One such person whose perfected this process is Russell Brunson, an "underground entrepreneur" who founded a company called ClickFunnels, a sales funnel SaaS business that empowers marketers from around the world to build marketing automation without all the hassle. 


Inside the Leadpages builder, marketers can easily start gaining consent from leads and subscribers located in the EEA with active-consent checkboxes (available in both the Legacy and Drag & Drop Builder). Most likely, your customer is now at a point of decision. It’s your job to offer them something so valuable they’re compelled to take action right now. Cons: I'm on the Etison Suite because I like the simplicity of using Actionetics as my email client. Yes, it is an expensive cost each month but the platform and process was created by one of the best marketers and online salespersons out there. It's ably supported by a great community of entrepreneurs all using (or trying to use) the software to get their business to the next level.
The header must be fully descriptive of what you're selling. Because, if the visitor doesn't understand exactly what you do immediately upon landing, they'll either bounce out of laziness or skim-read the rest of the page until they get the gist. Once they get that gist, they'll likely bounce anyway because they're still too lazy to re-read the page from the beginning.

For example, if you’re selling an eBook, you could offer a free chapter in exchange for their email address. Submitting their email is a low barrier to entry, and they’ll receive a lot of value in return. From there, you can use their email to push them deeper into the sales funnel, especially since they have already shown interest in your product.

“There’s more bad than good about this page unfortunately. As soon as you load it, you have a clear headline, which leads into a clear description, and a call to action. Great. However, the video lacks subtitles, and there’s no way to see how long it is. It’s not a particularly exciting and engaging video, it doesn’t tell me too much about what I’ll get, it’s more about them.
Hello Sunil.. thank you for your feedback, it’s great to hear that you are finding this article useful. Re your question: yes, it makes sense to follow-up as often as you need to to reach the decision-maker. At the early stage of cold calling / emailing / SMS you may have to follow-up 6-12 times with a combination of cold calls and cold emails before you get to kick-started with your prospective customer. Obviously if they unsubscribe or say no then you have to respect this. At later stages, non-response would indicate that your prospective customer no longer sees (or has doubts) about the potential value of the solution you are selling. After following-up 2 times at a later stage, I would make it easy for your prospect to voice their concerns by communicating something like: “I’m struggling to reach you, perhaps we could hop on a call for 5 minutes as I’d like to understand your current thoughts rather than assume you are no longer interested in progressing.”
Pinterest’s approach is different in that they don’t spend much time explaining what Pinterest is, since they can assume most people have already heard of them. Instead, a different example of Pinterest’s value is shown with each visit to the site, with a broader explanation of Pinterest (find and save all the things that inspire you) that sits below the main headline. However, if you're a beginner it's still the way to go because they have drag and drop one click solutions for anybody that is not tech savvy or doesn't know code, that's why ClickFunnels exist. I am personally a customer of the Etison Suite, so if you're an advanced affiliate marketer or direct response marketer, you have an email list that's pretty substantial, you've done online business before or even offline business, local businesses, real estate agents, dentists, lawyers, authors, you name it, Etison Suite or the StartUp Plan is a great option for you if you're wanting to enhance your marketing funnel and your sales funnel conversions online.
Cons: The customer support has gotten worse recently. They used to have live chat on their site, now they use some weird ticketing software that I do not like. I will say this, there support is very good but a lot slower than I'd like. When they do get back to me, it typically solved my problem immediately. But sometimes it takes a full day or more for them to respond. This can be valuable lost time for a business, especially if you're running ads to a page that stops working.

The purpose of the transactional landing page is to persuade a visitor to take action by completing a transaction. This is accomplished by providing a form that needs to be filled out. The visitor information is obtained in order to add the visitor’s email address to a mailing list as a prospect. An email campaign can then be developed based on responses to transactional landing pages. The goal is to capture as much information about the visitor as possible. The ultimate goal is to convert the visitor into a customer.[citation needed]
You also have your email integration for your email service provider of choice. That's where all of this lives. For instance, I can choose my MailChimp account here or my Actionetics account, again, that's part of the Etison Suite that I was mentioning. I have the Etison Suite for everything that I do. And then the way the screen or the pages are constructed are in three or four, technically, but really three different ways. You've got sections, which, if you see my mouse hovering here, you can see the light, see phone green, these are the sections. Then you have rows, which are the blue that you see here, and you've got elements inside of rows and they're the orange elements.

I have a product-based business (skincare to be precise) and I’ve been doing a lot of research on sales funnels over the past few days but only ever come across examples for service-based businesses and struggle to apply those to my business. I do offer a free skincare guide at opt in but can’t think of anything else for the follow up emails to create trust as well as a limited time offer. Would you have any suggestions?
