Unique visitors instead of total visits — If you're counting every visit in the denominator of the equation, you're including return visits too. This doesn't make sense if someone can only convert once (e.g. signup for an account). Consider how they might check out the site a few times before converting. If so, don't let that deflate your conversion metric. Instead, count the unique number of visitors in any given period. And make your period at least as long as the average time it takes for someone to convert after first visiting your site.
Novices would like to believe that once a successful funnel is in place and generating satisfactory revenue results, you can simply duplicate that funnel for each new product launch. The error in this thought process is that not all buyers purchase in the same fashion. It’s super refreshing to see a platform with some new pages, kind of reminds me of Unbounce. As you can see in the image above, their range of page designs are quite vast (this is only for Opt Ins) and can be used in a number of ways. While they may not look as sexy as LeadPages landing pages right off the bat, at the end of the day all that matters is the conversion rates.

You can then string these Micro Funnels together to a larger sales funnel. With funnel A, you’ve grabbed their email. This gives you the traffic for Funnel B, where you’re asking for a deeper investment of time and money. Cons: The membership area functionality isn't as great as other solutions, but I understand they are focused on being the best funnel software, not the best membership site software. If they upgrade their membership area and email / list marketing features, I would move everything onto clickfunnels. That would be dream, rather than integrating clickfunnels with an email tool and membership tool. What I love most about the ClickFunnels software, is the drag and drop functionality. If you have any type of internet marketing experience, it’s much easier than using WordPress natively and you literally build the page as you are looking at it. No more “save it” and hit “preview” to see how it looks. WordPress is still what you should be using for content based websites, but ClickFunnels can make a powerful ally if you intend on selling membership programs or products to your customers that visit your website. Of course, the address itself won't be enough to estimate the value of a home. It just denotes the home's neighborhood. Below, you see the copy "Tell us where to send the report" -- with a disclaimer that, by entering this information, you're agreeing to connect with a real estate agent. This is a great example of a company giving value to their visitors from the get-go, while setting visitors' expectations about what will happen as a result.

4. How did they get to my landing page? Consider changing your message depending on where your users come from – a different message might be appropriate for users who arrived at your landing page coming from Google vs. from Twitter or Facebook. Businesses with more landing pages (30+) generate 7x more leads than those with only a handful, so there’s no denying their value. Ideally you want a tailored landing page for each ad group, but that’s a pretty hefty operation, so start where you can. Try beginning with one custom landing page per campaign, and add from there for individual ad groups when resources allow.
Click Funnels has a basic email auto-responder in place. So, let’s say someone signed up for a webinar, it can do email sequences and some cool smart triggering so that if someone leaves early, they’ll get a different email sequence and things like that. If you want to do broadcasts and things like that, however, you will need an auto-responder. Russell recommends AWeber or GetResponse. That’s the only tool you should need on top of Click Funnels.
