The image on the left is one that I created in Photoshop — it’s a graphic button. When clicked, the image on the right pops up and visitors can subscribe in order to receive my free content upgrade. Not only does it look pretty neat and professional, but it means that you can easily collect subscribers without needing to insert clunky subscription forms into your posts.

I know a lot of advanced internet marketers have teams of VA’s who handle their pages and set ups (as do I), so you want to make sure that they know what they’re doing. Most (good/smart) VAs will be able to learn LeadPages pretty quickly as it’s been around for a while, but just make sure you have them learn how to use ClickFunnels effectively because the worst thing is spending money on the new software only to have realized nothings been happening the entire time!
Actionetics is ClickFunnels’ email automation application, designed to be used in conjunction with ClickFunnels. When it comes to Actionetics, you are spoiled for choice when it comes to functions. For example, you can use Actionetics to create an autoresponder, to create email lists, to make email sequences, to segment/organize contacts with tags, and to construct action funnels in accordance with certain internal/external triggers.
LeadPages offers their Annual and 2 Year Billing (most recently added) upfront to all their customers while ClickFunnels (naturally) uses their funnel through a direct up-sell. I really would like to dissect both of their checkout forms at a later date as if you dive deep into what they have done, why they have designed parts of the pages the way they have, you’ll stand back in awe at the ingenious conversion masters that they are.

At the end of the day, Clickfunnels is kinda like Sales Funnels for Dummies (not literally dummies, hopefully you’re all picking up my reference here). You don’t have to hire anyone to create one for you (though you certainly can) and you don’t have to be tech-savvy — you just start with one of their pre-created free templates, and then it’s drag and drop from there. Easy-peasy.


Study everything about the presentation of their product or service. How does the site look? Does it have a lot of white space or is it text heavy? What are they offering as a takeaway? What is the call to action? Where is the call to action? Are there multiple calls to action? What type of images are they using? Is there video? Do they use testimonials? As you begin to see patterns emerge on successful sites, take note. These are the things you'll want to integrate as part of your initial framework and represent the foundation of your funnel hacking.

If you're wondering what a sales funnel is, simply imagine a real-world funnel. At the top of that funnel, some substance is poured in, which filters down towards one finite destination. In sales, something similar occurs. At the top, lots of visitors arrive who may enter your funnel. However, unlike the real-world funnel, not all who enter the sales funnel will reemerge out from the other end. 
Are easy to scan at a quick glance. It’s absolutely vital that you visitors can capture the essence of your offer with a quick glance. It’s estimated that you have about 8 seconds to convince users to stay on your page, so value proposition needs to be quick and convincing. When building a landing page, make it easy to scan by highlighting your main point in the headline while using sub headings and bullet points for added info. Use fonts and colors to indicate information hierarchy. As Jakob Nielsen notes, your page visitors are wild, frantic animals looking for a quick meal, so serve it up fast!

This metric denotes the time it takes to convert a lead from the first contact to purchase. In other words, it tells you how long a sales rep spends to close an opportunity. Drilling into this critical metric reveals the effectiveness of your sales team, and helps you identify any barriers in your sales process. After all, the shorter the sales cycle length, the faster your revenue stream.
However, if you're a beginner it's still the way to go because they have drag and drop one click solutions for anybody that is not tech savvy or doesn't know code, that's why ClickFunnels exist. I am personally a customer of the Etison Suite, so if you're an advanced affiliate marketer or direct response marketer, you have an email list that's pretty substantial, you've done online business before or even offline business, local businesses, real estate agents, dentists, lawyers, authors, you name it, Etison Suite or the StartUp Plan is a great option for you if you're wanting to enhance your marketing funnel and your sales funnel conversions online.
Cons: I've tried out the product after being slammed with 3-4 emails per day. Funny thing is I did a 14-day trial and was already planning on sticking around, not sure why I needed to get so many emails every day that was a bit annoying. After I upgraded I realized that all the best funnels were additional fees, and also the email automation was additional fees as well. The cost insist cheap for this software. I see some value if you really are focused on your business, this is not for a passive user as the fees add up quickly.

Obtaining consent for tracking cookies is not a requirement of GDPR but rather the ePrivacy Directive. Cookie consent is a current topic for ePrivacy Regulation, likely to replace the Directive next year, requiring all browsers to regulate cookie consent rather than individual websites. Thanks Matt, the client attraction stage is the big thing. With relatively low client numbers I’m able nurture and provide relevant & specific information. I look arrange phone or in person meetings. So attracting clients who can identify with a specific or range of personal (to them) challenges which I’m able to demonstrate I can solve is perhaps the primary focus for me at the prospect acquisition point. Match the corresponding ad text. Great landing pages use the same keywords from the PPC ad text – the connection should be obvious and the continuity reassures visitors that they’re on the right path. Don’t send someone to a page about camping tents if your ad was about sleeping bags. And don’t send them to a generic page and make them search for the product they were looking for.

They have best-practices templates available that you can customize (or design your own page entirely from scratch), and flexible pricing (including a free plan for sites with limited traffic). Unbounce also integrates with Google Analytics for tracking your traffic, and Qualaroo for gathering user input.

Inside the Leadpages builder, marketers can easily start gaining consent from leads and subscribers located in the EEA with active-consent checkboxes (available in both the Legacy and Drag & Drop Builder). The checkbox displays next to a customizable compliance statement (such as “I consent to receive information about services and special offers via email”).
Novices would like to believe that once a successful funnel is in place and generating satisfactory revenue results, you can simply duplicate that funnel for each new product launch. The error in this thought process is that not all buyers purchase in the same fashion. When you are ready to roll out a new product, you must start back at step one and begin the reconnaissance phase again by studying that particular market, those specific buyers and the players already in the game.
You must know by now that the sales funnel defies gravity. Not every lead who enters your funnel finds their way to the bottom. Sometimes, even all the qualified leads don’t reach the bottom of the funnel. This can be due to the negligence of sales reps to engage with the lead, or simply because the lead is not ready to take the next step. It’s important for sales reps not to perceive a qualified lead leaving the funnel at any point as a lost opportunity. CRM helps you win back lost opportunities through lead nurturing.
If you do an interview or guest post, you can send people directly to your landing page. It doesn’t help you as much to send people to your blog or website’s homepage. People sent directly to your homepage have too many options, may not find what they’re interested in, and more often than not, will leave. So, if you’re doing a podcast interview or guest post, it would be better to send people to a landing page where they can opt-in. Once you have someone’s email address, you’re able to communicate and build a relationship with them. It’s much different than if they simply visited your blog once, two weeks ago. You catch my drift?
However, the best part about this, and the most powerful route that entrepreneurs take to scale their businesses, is that if you know that sending 100 people to your site costs you $200, for example, but you get two people to convert at $300 each, then you have a $600 return on $200 invested (300 percent). Cons: There seems to be a lot of issues with their back end server infrastructure and cache updates. Elements and page orders, etc. do not always update as you expect them to, as well as their server systems have proven to be only about 90% reliable. Not a problem at low traffic volumes, but a huge issue for anyone driving thousands of users per hour to their sites. Support is also not that knowledgable or helpful, though they try their best.
Unbounce is flush with features, highly customizable and offers an easy-to-use interface for both page design and testing (something we’ll get into in a minute). Even if you are just learning to use their interface, Unbounce comes equipped with a variety of built-in templates (and you can buy more from ThemeForest), making it easy to put a decent page together and start testing.

By now, your customers trust you (as they should!). They’ve received all the benefits from the top of the funnel (the freebie they registered for on your website), and the middle of the funnel (be it emails with great content from you or otherwise), and they have some sense of who you are as a person. This is where you ask for the sale (hello, bottom of your funnel!). You want to continue to engage, of course, but you also want to offer something of even more value to your customers.

Become an authority in your industry and/or region. If you're known far and wide for being an industry expert, you'll have prospects seeking you out rather than the other way around. Consider planning lunch and learn sessions or organizing webinars on a regular basis. As your brand recognition grows, you may even attract inbound links to your site which will benefit your SEO.

To be honest, I haven’t really explored LeadPages’ sales page templates a whole lot because I tend to design them myself in WordPress. However, when I created my free Pinterest e-book, I decided to create a sales page-esque landing page, which gave more information about the freebie, much like a sales page would. I also used one of LeadPages’ sales page templates to design it.


In a recent conversation I had with Perry Belcher, co-founder of Native Commerce Media, he told me that you also need to train your prospects to click on links. For example, you could have them click on a link of what interests them or link them to a blog post or eventually to a product or service that you're selling, but you need to train them to build a habit of clicking on those links from the very beginning.

LeadPages is an online tool that you can use to collect email subscribers. That is the main function of LeadPages, and they provide tons of purdy templates that you can use for lead magnets, webinars, and landing pages in order to grow your email list. LeadPages also has templates for things like sales pages — it’s a very robust tool! I literally use it everyday.
